Aesthre looked back as he fell to see Krimsol speed off with the mass of birds in pursuit. A few diverged down after Aesthre. He gripped Vengeance tightly in his right and drew his other sword with his left hand. He had been itching to really get to use his new sword. The fiends flapped their corrupted wings, bringing them closer to him. Just before they got his swinging range Aesthre spread himself out, slowing down enough to get right in the middle of them. He brought Vengeance around severing a bird in half, but with nothing to stop him he started to spin. As he turned back to face some of them he launched his other blade at a few birds, tearing their wings. He hacked and swung littering the sky around him with broken and shattered bodies of the birds. Aesthre broke a wicked smile as he tore through the rest pf the birds that had made the mistake of following him. He hadn’t had such a good time since before he came into this accursed plane.
Aesthre spun to face where he was falling, and sheathed his old sword in his belt. He was almost to the opening of the canyon, and could now see why it had looked so strange from far away. There were hordes of abominations crawling to the opening, tossing themselves in to end their eternal torment. Birds swooped down into the mass, grabbing and at clawing them. The parts of the birds still around him reached their maximum velocity and fell behind as Aesthre reached the mouth of the chasm that held the glove. He looked about as he fell, searching for anything that would tell him where to go. The walls around him were covered with strange features, almost like masses of fingers that twitched and bent as they touched each other. An outcropping came near to his path and something that looked like a giant, clawed hand reached for him from it. Vengeance was swung and the hand came free from its wrist. The fingers writhed as it fell just before Aesthre. He spotted another outcropping ahead of him with nothing ready to attack him from it. Aesthre maneuvered to the canyon wall above it and dug Vengeance into it, slowing him enough to land safely. He tore his sword free of the wall and looked around. Down below, across the canyon, there was another ledge with a shallow hole leading into the wall. He could feel the presence of something powerful emanating from it. He leapt as far as he could and reached the canyon side above it. Just as before he grinded Vengeance against the wall, slowing him down enough to land safely. He was just about to land when a massive hand burst from the wall and grabbed Vengeance. It pulled the sword in with it, leaving only the hand guard and handle. Aesthre pulled with all his might, but could not budge the sword. There was no way he could get the sword free from the wall, at least not now. He wasn’t far above the ledge and could easily jump back up to the sword, so he dropped down. In the hole was an altar, and on it was a dark gauntlet that had such a strong and dark aura it made Aesthre shudder at the thought of wearing it. Aesthre touched the artifact and suddenly his vision blurred, then went black.
I think this part turned out pretty well.

Here's one of the coolest parts that'd be in my game. A sky dive with enemies. I'd make it so you could easily replay this part along with the surfing down the mountain part.

WOOOT!!! part 30! I get to have next week off. I doubt I'll get to part 40 so this'll be the last break besides after I do the final part.
